Aaliyah Dana Haughton burst into fame in 1994, after she dropped her debut album Age Ain't Nothing More Than a Number. It was Gold in the year she turned 15 years old. The group's collaboration heavily influential to R. Kelly's musical style, put her in the limelight. She collaborated in 1996 with Jermaine Dupri as well as Timbaland for her second album One In A Million which contained the number-one hit single If Your Girl Only Knew. Following the success of this album, Aaliyah gained international attention for her work as an R&B singer.
